Stewart is an award-winning manager and project delivery specialist with 35 years’ experience in planning, design and management working in government and the private sector. He is passionate about working collaboratively to identify innovative evidence-based solutions to create sustainable program and project outcomes.

Stewart has played a key role in the delivery of multi-disciplinary strategic planning and statutory land use planning projects with application from an individual site level to a whole-of-region scale. He has managed the assessment and preparation of applications for development projects ranging from small discrete uses to major facilities and new communities. Stewart has also coordinated major development project delivery extending from pre-purchase due-diligence, stakeholder engagement and approvals negotiation to design and construction phase activities.
