Stewart is an award-winning manager and project delivery specialist with almost 40 years’ planning, design and management experience in the government and private sector.

He is passionate about identifying innovative evidence-based and collaborative solutions to create sustainable program and project outcomes.

Stewart has managed and/or undertaken multi-disciplinary strategic planning and statutory land use planning projects with application from an individual site level to a whole-of-region scale.

He has managed and/or provided input into the assessment or preparation of applications for development projects from small discrete uses to major facilities and new communities, he has also coordinated major development project transition from approvals negotiation and community engagement to design and construction phase activities.
