Philip is a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) with more than 14 years’ experience in environmental planning and approvals, environmental management and assessment. Philip’s core focus includes the management and technical oversight for the preparation of environmental assessments and other requirements associated with development approvals and environmental compliance.

Over his career, Philip’s experience has included a diverse mix of projects, including complex assessment and approvals projects and long-term engagements. He has worked with clients from a multitude of backgrounds, including government agencies, large-scale companies, private developers and others.

Philip’s approach includes detailed focus, deep learning of projects, their constraints and opportunities, and working to coordinate project teams. His strength is acting as a conduit between the design and engineering team and environmental team to achieve the required outcomes.  Philip brings a mix of experience in technical, administrative, project management and commercial areas to adapt to project needs.
