Liberty is an environmental planner and project manager with over eight years’ experience delivering environmental planning and approvals across infrastructure, community, commercial, industrial, renewables, and resources. She has strong groundings in statutory and strategic planning, environmental assessment, approvals, and multidisciplinary project management. She is passionate about shaping sustainable, equitable and safe environments, and is also an accredited crime prevention expert.

Her experience spans environmental impact statements, review of environmental factors, statement of environmental effects, feasibility studies and landscape and visual impact assessments (LVIA), social impact assessments (SIA), and crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) technical reports. She has delivered planning and advisory services for State agencies, local government authorities and private sector proponents, managing stakeholders and negotiating project outcomes within complex regulatory environments.

She brings strong expertise in environmental and planning legislation, impact assessment, approvals, mitigation processes, and GIS-based spatial analysis. She is experienced in leading technical teams from scoping through to assessment and approval, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
