Liberty is a Senior Environmental Planner and Project Manager with Onward. She has over 8 years of statutory planning, land use and strategic planning and environmental impact assessment experience. 

Liberty is a community-focused senior planner and has delivered planning, policy, social impact, and environmental advisory services across public and private sectors and for the renewable energy industry. She has proven expertise in CPTED, SIA, LVIA, GIS and statutory planning, with a strong understanding of the NSW planning framework. 

Liberty has been recognised for applying financial processes and developing new service areas, managing complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and fostering trusted stakeholder relationships. Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and socially sustainable communities through evidence-based and transparent planning outcomes.
