Jesika has more than 10 years’ experience working in the community sector facilitating stakeholder and community engagement, strategy development and community development initiatives.
She has extensive experience developing social research and strategic plans, leading place-based activities, facilitating community surveys, and designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Through gathering and interpreting information from a range of sources, Jesika uses both qualitative and quantitative methods to support social research.
She has also designed and implemented community engagement plans for various projects and is an experienced facilitator of engagement activities in-person, online and in hybrid settings. She is a certified LEGO Serious Play workshop facilitator.
She is passionate about the impacts that projects have within communities and using evidence-based practice, closing the gap between research, policy and program implementation.
