Elliot is an environmental professional with over 14 years’ multi-discipline experience covering approvals and assessment, auditing and compliance, and environmental management. He has worked with both public and private clients across many industries, with a particular focus on mining, renewable energy, and infrastructure.

Elliot has managed a diverse range of projects seeking development consent in NSW, including complex state significant development (SSD) planning approvals. This includes involvement during concept and detailed design, completing analysis of constraints and assisting in the selection of the preferred project design.

In addition, Elliot is an Exemplar Global certified Lead Auditor – Environmental Management Systems, conducting almost 50 audits across a range of industries. Having been lead auditor on more than 30 audits, he has extensive experience leading audit teams with the involvement of multiple technical disciplines. His experience includes on-site roles and providing advice relating to environmental management responsibilities, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

Elliot has a thorough understanding of the project life cycle, ensuring focus on management and technical oversight at each project stage.
